If you would like to offer a course for the ALL calendar, please complete the Course Proposal Form below. If you would like to present a Lunchtime Learning Series session, there is a form for that below as well. These are the general criteria we are looking for in an ALL event...

1) Courses/Lunchtime Learning sessions when proposed must be approved by the ALL Board and at the discretion of the Director of Open Acadia.

2) Courses/Lunchtime Learning sessions should be of high quality.

3) Courses/Lunchtime Learning sessions should not be commercial in nature (i.e. soliciting business)

4) Courses/Lunchtime Learning sessions should not duplicate local events.

Course Proposal Form (may also be used for seminars/workshops)

Our course calendar for 2018-19 is now complete. We are accepting course proposals for the 2019-20 calendar. Proposals must be received by May 10th, 2019 and will be reviewed by the ALL Advisory Board in May 2019.

Lunchtime Learning Series Proposal Form

We are now accepting submissions for our Winter 2019 schedule of the Lunchtime Learning Series. Proposals will be accepted until December 10, 2018 and will be reviewed by the Advisory Board in December 2018.
